Only ancestral techniques, tillage and the use of products of natural origin, contribute to the growing. - Since 1997, our cultivation technique are largelly inspired by biodynamic methods.
 
- Manual harvesting with carefully selections of ripe grapes.
 
- Long maceration with indigenous yeasts.
 
- Elevage and malo-lactic fermentation in oak barrels during 12 months (70% in a wine oak barrel).
 
- Vine yield: 40 hectolitres/hectare, 8000 bottles. «Very attractive nose with an explosion of small red fruits, rich and complex in the mouth, very good length».
