Type of vines: Sauvignon gris 40%, Sauvignon blanc 60%

Soil : chalky clay, very stony soil

Exposition : hillside, south

Low trained 7 to 15 yearsolds, 5000 trees per hectare

- Since 1990, the entire vineyard is certified in organic agriculture and controled by ECOCERT: no use of synthetic chemical.
 
Only ancestral techniques, tillage and the use of products of natural origin, contribute to the growing.
 
- Since 1997, our cultivation technique are largely inspired by biodynamic methods. - Manual harvesting in two strokes with carefully selections of botrytised grapes.
 
- Elevage and fermentation in new oak barrels during 18 months.
 
- Vine yield: 15 hectolitres/hectare, 2000 bottles.
 
- Residual sugar: 110g/litre «Explosive exotic fruits like ananas.
